At In House Gas we know how important it is for your generator to keep going. With this in mind, we have service contracts that will keep your generator running in tip-top condition and minimise downtime, whatever the application.

Each contract is tailored to your exact needs and includes:

• annual equipment servicing from product trained engineers
• warranty extensions
• a priority response from your local helpdesk
• parts, labour and service expenses for equipment failure
• an instrument on loan if yours has to be repaired

Our fully-trained engineers know every inch of your generator, from its inlet filters to its wheels and everything in between. If you have a problem that can be easily solved by telephone, they will have your model of generator in front of them so they can talk you through any procedures and quickly rectify the situation. Should the problem need an on-site visit, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a suitable time.

But it doesn’t stop there. Not only can our engineers service your equipment to a high standard, but they can complete any upgrades that you need as well, an all-important part of keeping up with, if not one-step ahead of, your competitors.
